Practicalities of the event
The venue & hotel
The event will be hosted in Hotel Lilla Roberts in Helsinki, Finland.
The venue can be reached easily: once landing at the Helsinki airport, you can take the train to the city center and the hotel is a few minutes walk away.

During the meeting
During the day, we will take good care of you.
We will serve you coffee all day long with some snacks, fruits, and candies.
We will also serve you lunch, please make sure you submit your dietary restrictions so that we can take it into account.
