Promotion description: 

You can win a 24-month Sky Essential TV subscription, subject to these terms and conditions. 

The promoter is: Nomentia Oy whose registered office is at Linnoitustie 6 C, 02600 Espoo, Finland. 

Targeted audience: All finance and treasury professionals attending ACT Annual Conference 2025, on 20th to 21st May 2025, who are aged 18 years or over, who are legally residing in the United Kingdom are eligible the enter the prize draw. 

By filling in the form to enter the prize draw, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Nomentia employees and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organization, or overseeing the competition cannot participate. 

Entering the prize draw: To enter the prize draw you must fill in the respective form. There is no fee to participate, and no purchase is necessary. Attendees of the ACT Annual Conference, 20 – 21 May 2025 may also enter the prize draw. 

Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrants themselves. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be posted by the end of the promotion period to participate. 

The organizer shall not be liable for entries not received for whatever reason, not processed, or submitted late. 

Changes: Nomentia reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at its sole discretion. Any changes to these terms and conditions or the prize shall be communicated to the participants as soon as possible. 

Nomentia shall not be liable to fulfill this prize draw in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Nomentia’s control. 

Timeline: The closing date for entry is Friday, May 23 2025 at 14:00 CET. After this date, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted. 

The prize must be used by: April 30th, 2026. 

Prize: The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

Nomentia is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

Choosing the winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Nomentia Oy. 

The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Nomentia Oy reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random. 

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered. 

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Finnish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
