Terms and Conditions

1. Description of the Competition
You can win the new Apple iPhone 17 Pro with 512 GB of storage, subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Provider
Nomentia Treasury & Technology GmbH, Am Belvedere 8, 1100 Vienna, Austria

3. Target Audience
Eligible participants are all finance and treasury experts attending the EuroFinance in Budapest from October 15 to 17, 2025, and individuals at least 18 years old.

By completing the entry form, you agree to these terms and conditions. Employees of Nomentia Oy, their relatives, or individuals otherwise associated with the organization or overseeing the competition are not eligible to participate.

4. Participation in the Competition
To enter the prize draw you must fill in the respective form. There is no fee to participate, no need to provide personal data and no purchase is necessary. Attendees of the EuroFinance in Budapest may also enter the prize draw.

Automated or robotic entries from individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entries must be made by the participant themselves. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more entries than permitted, whether through the use of multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, or other methods, including commercial competition/giveaway subscription services, will render the participant's entries invalid, and they may be disqualified. The final eligibility for the award of a prize is subject to verification of the terms of participation. All entries must be submitted by the end of the promotional period to be eligible. 

The organizer is not responsible for non-received forms for any reason, unprocessed, or late-submitted forms.

5. Changes
Nomentia reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at its sole discretion. Any changes to these terms and conditions or the prize shall be communicated to the participants as soon as possible.

Nomentia shall not be liable to fulfill this prize draw in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Nomentia’s control.

6. Competition Timeline
The deadline for participation is Friday, October 17, 2025, at 02:00 PM CET. No further entries will be accepted after this date.

7. Prize
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. Nomentia reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal value without prior notice. You can win a new iPhone 17 Pro with 512 GB worth €1,549 from Apple Inc. Nomentia is not responsible for any inaccuracies regarding prize details provided to a participant by a third party in connection with this competition.

8. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Nomentia Oy.

The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Nomentia Oy reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at random.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. Law 
The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by German law, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

10. Announcement of the Winner  
The winner’s name will be available 14 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: nomentia@nomentia.com Nomentia shall not publicize the name of the winner unless the winner has provided consent for that matter.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Nomentia OyThe information provided will be processed in accordance with the following Privacy Policy found at https://cash.nomentia.com/privacy-policy-nomentia.

In addition to the above, the participant agrees to the use of their email address by Nomentia Oy to be contacted about the outcome of the competition. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely to fulfill the scope of these Terms and Conditions and subject to current data protection legislation.
